Sam's Cheerful Words

Here you will find my weekly thoughts and ideas on issues affecting seniors and, of course, about telling your stories. I may post or respond to current research or articles that impact the lives of elders, which affects us all really. Feel free to respond to my posts and submit comments or questions to start a conversation.

My passion is to remind those who have lived long that your lives are full of worth and continued value to yourself and your community. I do so by listening with compassion and encouragement to help you relive the favorite stories, insights, lessons and memories that make you unique and amazing. I believe that everyone's life is a story worth telling. Share a little bit of your story here today!
